Haiti - Social : Radio Télévision Caraïbes regrets the incident but does not explain...
Following the incident last Friday in the studios of Radio Television Caraïbes (RTVC) between the journalist Guyler C. Delva and the Young President of the Youth Government Faranday Pierre-Louis https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-21529-haiti-flash-journalist-guyler-c-delva-assaults-gjh-s-young-president.html the station management in a note, expresses its regrets but does not explain what happened.

Note from Radio Television Caraïbes :
"The Directorate General of Radio Television Caraïbes reaffirms its unwavering determination to continue serving Haitian society in general and youth in particular. It takes advantage of the opportunity to set out, through this note,; its position on the unfortunate incident that occurred last week and confronting the journalist Guyler C. Delva and the Young-President of the Republic Faranday Pierre-Louis of the Youth Government of Haiti.

Radio Television Caraïbes, despite the weight of its 68 years, still considers itself very young and reiterates its unconditional support to the struggle for the integral emancipation of the Haitian youth. Consequently, it condemns any conduct prejudicial to this majority social category which it will never cease to promote.

While regretting the incident, the General Directorate of Radio Television Caraïbes understands the reactions of the Association of Volunteers for Democracy, of young President Faranday Pierre-Louis, of young people of the Youth Government of Haiti and all the young people who have expressed their legitimate indignation.

Steps will be taken to ensure that such an incident does not happen again within this institution devoted to the service of the whole society.

Together, build a better Haiti by investing in the valiant youth of our country!

For the Directorate General Marc Anderson Brégard"
