The Ministries of Trade and Industry, Environment, Justice and Public Security have found through their inspection services that many Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) Filling Centers and Micro Centers, operate without any respect for the conditions contained in the joint statement of 30 December 2015 https://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-16282-icihaiti-security-concern-about-the-anarchic-proliferation-of-lpg-distributors.html

Faced with a serious public safety problem represented by the anarchic installation of the LPG Centers, these three ministries remind the owners of these centers that they have until Tuesday 8 August 2017 to comply to the relevant legal provisions.

If they fail to comply with the legal provisions, the appropriate sanction will be applied against them, namely the closure.
