The Ministry of Education has just made available the results of the examinations of the 9th fundamental year (2016-2017) for the 10 departments : Artibonite, Center, Grande-Anse, Nippes, North-West, South, Southeast, North, Northeast and West.

According to the data provided by the State Examining Office (BUNEXE), 162,770 candidates were admitted ou of 212,828 participants across the country, or a national success rate of 76% up of 9% compared with last year (67% in 2015-2016).

The Department of North and North-East (tie) are the highest ranked with 82% success. The Department of Grand'Anse has the lowest success rate with 65% admitted.

Note that the palmares by school (per department) and per student has not yet been published by the Ministry of Education. We will notify you as soon as this data becomes available. Follow the information on HaitiLibre.

Results 9th AF for the academic year 2016-2017 :

• Artibonite : success rate 75 % or 18,641 candidates admitted out of 24,887 participants (62.32% in 2015-2016) ;

• Centre ; success rate 74% or 10,786 candidates admitted out of 14,539 participants (75.87% in 2015-2016) ;

• Grande-Anse : success rate 65% or 4,350 candidates admitted out of 6,658 participants (66.62% in 2015-2016) ;

• Nippes : success rate 86% or 5,309 candidates admitted out of 6,161 participants (81% in 2015-2016) ;

• North West ; success rate 75% or 9,502 candidates admitted out of 12,665 participants (70.04% in 2015-2016) ;

• South : success rate 74% or 7,960 candidates admitted out of 10,761 participants (78.44% in 2015-2016) ;

• South East : success rate 70% or 5,668 candidates admitted out of 8,084 participants (66.98% in 2015-2016) ;

• North : success rate 82% or 17,335 candidates admitted out of 21,025 participants (78.53% in 2015-2016) ;

• North East : success rate 82% or 6,112 candidates admitted out of 9,864 participants (67.43% in 2015-2016) ;

• West: success rate 79% or 77,107 candidates admitted out of 98,184 participants (70.01% in 2015-2016).

School authorities are invited to withdraw the palmares of their school in the Departmental Directorate of Education concerned.
