On Thursday at Toussaint Louverture Airport, Colonel Irving Méhu, Director General of the National Airport Authority (ANN), announced the upcoming reconstruction of the building housing the firefighters in a pitiful state and the renovation of the Diplomatic Room, but also for soon, the beginning of construction of Jérémie International Airport.

Moreover, in order to solve the problem of parking always full at the International Airport especially during the summer, Irving Mehu confirmed to have received instructions from the Head of State to proceed with the expansion of the parking lot. He indicated that legal and administrative steps had to be taken to acquire the land in front of the airport for the realization of this project.
