Thursday, Me Yvon Jean Noël, the new Government Commissioner to the Court of First Instance (TPI) of Croix-des-Bouquets, was installed in his fucntions by Jean Claudy Pierre, Director General of the Ministry of Justice and Public Security in the presence of several judges, substitutes of the Government Commissioner and lawyers.

After his swearing in front of the Dean of the TPI of Croix-des-Bouquets Me Lionel Ralph promised to work for the rehabilitation of the Justice in this jurisdiction which recorded the highest rate of land conflicts and attacks to private priority.

Before to head the Croix-des-Bouquets prosecutor, Me Yvon Jean Noël was successively Government Commissioner to the TPI of Grande Riviere du Nord for several years and a Chargé de Mission to the General Directorate of the Ministry of Justice.
