Wednesday at the National Palace, the Council of Ministers adopted 2 draft bills and 10 draft decrees. The bills will soon be sent to Parliament for legal suites and the decrees in the Official Journal "Le Moniteur" for publication. These texts will therefore constitute legal tools necessary for the good governance of the country.

1 - Preliminary draft law revising the decree of 1st February 2006 fixing the organization and functioning of the municipal authority called commune or municipality;

2 - Preliminary draft law revising the decree of 1 February 2006 fixing the organization and functioning of the communal sections;

Draft Orders :

1 - Draft Order approving the "Manual of procedures for requesting prices for the procurement of supplies" and the "Requisition for the purchase of supplies";

2 - Draft decree sanctioning the "Manual of rapid procedures for the award of public contracts in a declared state of emergency", the "Pre-qualification document of companies for intervention works under a declared state of emergency "and the" Model Market for state of emergency declared";

3 - Draft Decree on the "Manual of Lighter Procedures for the Procurement of Works" and the "Lightened tender dossier for the award of works contracts";

4 - Draft Order on the "Manual of Lighter Procedures for the Procurement of Goods" and the "Lightened Bidding Documents for the Procurement of Goods";

5 - Draft decree sanctioning the "Manual of Quotation Procedures for Works Contracts" and "Quotation request form for the execution of works contracts";

8 - Draft Order granting delegation of authority to the Minister of Public Works, Transport and Communications to issue an order to fix concession fees and all other forms of authorization to operate telecommunications networks and services;

9 - Draft decree fixing concession fees and all other forms of authorization to operate telecommunications networks and services;

10 - Draft Order determining contracts relating to defense or national security.
