Haiti - USA : Return in Haiti of 700 former prisoners in 2011 !

After the eviction last Thursday, of 27 former Haitian prisoners https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-2171-haiti-usa-26-ex-convicts-and-one-innocent-were-repatriated-yesterday-in-haiti.html the american authorities intend to continue the repatriation ignoring the objections of the human rights defence group.
Thus, the application of the law provides the return of 700 Haitians in 2011. Barbara Gonzalez, spokeswoman for Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has justified these expulsions by saying that all those returned are "criminal aliens" who were sentenced by the courts of the United States for various violations of the law. All have already served sentences in U.S. prisons.
We better understand, with this kind of decision, why U.S. government issued a "travel alert", discouraging its citizens from traveling to Haiti to avoid being confronted with the crime and the increasing acts of violence...
