5 new substitutes Government Commissioner
During an extraordinary audience, Dean Bernard Saint-Vil of the Tribunal of First Instance (TPI) of Port-au-Prince received in a brief ceremony the oath of five new substitutes of the government commissioner : Aménaïde Pascale Raymond, Angine Tamara Jean-Louis, Manoucheka Laurent, Néhémie Jean-Baptiste and Sagine Rose Ida Denis.

Haitian poet and slammer Jean d’Amérique received the "Poetry Prize of Vocation" for his new book "Nul chemin dans la peau que saignante étreinte" to be published next December at Cheyne Publisher. This prize, awarded every year since 1984 by the Marcel-Bleustein-Blanchet Foundation for vocation, is intended to introduce a young poet under 30 years of age.
