The working Group and of reflection for the reconstruction of the historic building of the National Palace, proposes to carry out an Architecture Competition with of prestations arrested at the level of a Preliminary Draft.

Call for Expression of Interest (CEI) :

A.- The January 2010 earthquake that disrupted the urban landscape of the Port-au-Prince metropolitan area has left important consequences, particularly in the building sector.

It is in this context that the President Jovenel Moïse created by Order of 6 April 2017 (published in the Official Journal Moniteur at No. 59 of 17 April 2017) the working Group and of reflection for the reconstruction of the historic building of the National Palace, which proposes to carry out an Architecture Competition with of prestations arrested at the level of a Preliminary Draft Summary (APS) for :

The redevelopment and rehabilitation of the historic palace building to the new functions of the Presidency ;
The proposal for new administrative buildings needed for the Presidency ;
The general layout of the site.

B- Part of the financing of this project is used for this competition, which provides for the payment of a subsidy to the shortlisted firms for the realization of the model and the premiums for the first 3 winners.

The Consultants (Architects, Office / Cabinet or Firm of studies or grouping of Companies) who have proved that they are legally constituted and are in good standing with the Haitian tax administration.

In the case of foreign firms wishing to participate, they must obligatorily present themselves in a group of companies whose leader is a Haitian company [...]
