During the exchanges, the positions between the leaders of the Parties were divided. Some advocated public funding in the short term, while others wanted to delay the application of the law when the state has the financial capacity to meet this legal and constitutional obligation.

Another topic of interest was to find an inclusive and representative formula on the formation of a 7-member committee to continue the discussions.
