Haiti - Diplomacy : New Brazilian Ambassador in Haiti 30/01/2011 13:34:38
The diplomat Marcelo Baumbach was appointed ambassador in Haiti by the President Dilma Rousseff. Baumbach was previously spokesman of former President Luiz Lula da Silva between 2007 and 2010, and will replace Igor Kipman in Port-au-Prince. HL/ HaitiLibre
