Regarding the recruitment, he indicated "The competition of State Administrators participates in the vision of President Moïse to reach the threshold of 12,000 recruitments during his five-year term. Competitions will be organized in all departments to equip the 10 administrative centers with qualified staff. Stressing that the Superior Council of Administration and Civil Service will allow a better performance of the civil service, adding "It is a leap forward for an improvement of the services of the public services in accordance with the instructions of the Head of State."
