Haiti - FLASH ELECTION 2010 : Manigat-Martelly this is confirmed

While the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) officially announces the long list of the final results of the first round, we confirm that MANIGAT Mirlande Hyppolite "Rassemblement des Démocrates Nationaux Progressistes (RDNP)" and MARTELLY Michel Joseph "Repons peyizan" won the first round, then, that these two candidates will compete in the second round.
