Haiti - FLASH Army : Jovenel Moïse establishes an Interim Command

By presidential decree published in the Le Moniteur Special No. 39 dated Thursday, November 16, 2017, Jovenel Moïse establishes an interim command for the Armed Forces of Haiti responsible for the re-establishment, organization and functioning of the Armed Forces of Haiti... It must also ensure the research and the exploitation of the military intelligence and support the other competent services of the State; to provide the President of the Republic with reports relating to national security and the protection of the higher interests of the nation, among others.

This Interim Command (a.i) is composed of 6 members:

The Commander in Chief,
the Assistant Commander-in-Chief a.i;
The General Staff;
The Inspector General;
The Adjutant General;
The personal General Staff of Commander in Chief.
