Moreover, he deplored the environmental crisis in Haiti and at the department level in particular, caused by the poor behavior of the population with its living environment, insisting on the imperative need for a change of mentality, which requires that a important work of conscientization is carried out. In office since only 5 months Agronome Noël estimates its positive balance. However, he is aware that much remains to be done and he has launched an appeal to all the forces of the Department to join forces and meet all these challenges. In this perspective, he announced that an Consultative Workshop was planned with all the Communities with a view to a concerted response to the issues, one of the highest priority being that of waste management.
