Message of the Ambassador of Haiti in Mexico City
Enrique Guillen Mondragon, President of the National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (CANACINTRA) received Guy G. Lamothe, Ambassador of Haiti to Mexico, at his bi-weekly lunch with the 76 delegations that make up one of the largest industrial associations of Mexico. During his message to the CANACINTRA members present at the luncheon, Ambassador Lamothe emphasized the first economic and commercial instrument linking Mexico and Haiti : the agreement for the protection and mutual promotion of investments (APPRI) signed between the two countries in May 2015 on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Riviera Maya and ratified in November 2017 by the Mexican Senate.
International Day of Disabled Persons
Saturday at the Marriott Hotel, Haiti's First Lady Martine Moïse participated in the commemorative activities of the International Day of Disabled Persons, celebrated around the world on December 3rd. The theme chosen for this year is "Ann bati yon sosyete djanm ak patisipation tout moun".
