Haiti - Social : «Manno Charlemagne» funeral and national tribute (calendar) 18/12/2017 06:51:38
In addition, Tuesday, December 19, a great national tribute will be organized on the stage of the kiosk Occide Jeanty open to all artists, friends and relatives who want to pay tribute to Manno. There will be all the musical trends at this evening which will start at 6:00 pm. Wednesday, December 20 the Mayor of Port-au-Prince Ralph Youri Chevry nvites all the artists, all the friends of Manno and all those who loved his music to a popular vigil "Pòtoprens ap chante Manno" from 5:00 pm on the place Dessalines , at the Champs de Mars. Other initiatives will mark the departure of Manno among others a tribute will be given to him during an evening at the Havana Club in Pétion-ville. For his part, the Mayor of Carrefour, Jude Edouard Pierre announced two days of mourning in this town that saw the artist grow. Jean Michel Lapin also confirmed that after agreement with the family members of the deceased, the State had decided to pay the costs of repatriation of the body, the evening of tribute and the funeral ceremony of December 22 .
