Yvon Buissereth, the Director General of the Public Enterprise for the Promotion of Social Housing (EPPLS) proceeded Friday, December 15 to the installation of Ms. Fiderl-Ange Noël as epartmental Director, Guirlaine Gaspard as Deputy Director and Guerline Rubin as administrator of the Nippes EPPLS office. This ceremony took place in the presence of a team from the Departmental Delegation of Nippes including Gina Auguste, representative of the Departmental Delegate.
