The Technical Unit of Seismology (UTS) of the Bureau of Mines and Energy (BME), reports that an earthquake of magnitude 3.2 on the Richter scale occurred Friday, December 22 at 1:17 pm and 7 seconds.
The epicenter was located on land, in the North West Department, 8.5km north-east of Baie de Henne, 13.6km southeast of Jean Rabel and 15.5km northeast of Bombardopolis.
No damage has been reported by the authorities.
