330 people killed by bullets
Officials of the National Episcopal Commission Justice and Peace (CE-JILAP) claim to have recorded 418 deaths, including 330 by bullets during the year 2017 in the Port-au-Prince metropolitan area alone. Among the victims are 15 police officers.

Constitutional Consultations
This week the Committee of the Lower House to reflect on the amendment of the Constitution worked in order to submit its report, March 29, 2018. It met with the federations of the Boards of Communal Sections (CASEC) and the Administrations of the Communal Sections (ASEC).
