223 released prisoners
Me Clamé-Ocnam Daméus, Commissioner of the Government of Port-au-Prince confirmed that on Saturday, December 30, 2017, 223 prisoners in prolonged preventive detention in the National Penitentiary for minor offenses, had regained their freedom. A car crashes into a ravine
