A terrible traffic accident occurred Thursday evening at Villard, Dessalines (Artibonite). A vehicle hit a truck from Plaisance (North). The latter, who was transporting MadanSara, ended his race in a drain making 4 dead including 3 women and 3 wounded including 2 women.

The Directorate of Civil Protection (DPC) and the National Police of Haiti (PNH) initiated the rescue and extrication operations of victims, while the Artibonite Valley Development Agency (ODVA) mobilized heavy machinery in order to redress the truck.
