Friday, as part of the accessibility of all its services through the extension of the postal network throughout the country, Carel Alexandre the Director General of the Post Office of Haiti (OPH) proceeded to the inauguration of the Delmas postal office, housed in a brand new building located on the Delmas Road at #402.

This new post office, like other post offices, complies in all respects with the criteria imposed by the Universal Postal Union by having a standardized reception structure with the latest technologies such as software "IPS POST" intended to improve the expedited mail service commonly known as EMS.

During his speech, Alexandre highlighted the various advantages that technology offers in order to best serve the population of the commune of Delmas. In addition, he said that this new office, following an agreement with the Office Insurance Vehicles Against Tiers (OAVCT), will ensure, among other things, the renewal of vehicle insurance, a product that has just emerged which will be exclusively offered by the OPH.
