During its verification process the CEP has found several errors "material" in the publication of election results of November 28, 2010. According to information available 3 additional candidates for deputies would be elected in the first round and one other candidate enter now in the second round. The official website of the CEP reflects some of these changes, but not all....

In a corrective statement, the Provisional Electoral Council said that Fritz Chéry "Ayiti Ann Aksyon (AAA)" originally in the second round against Tirema Brusly "Veye Yo" elected in the first round in the constituency of Gros Morne, Artibonite department.

The CEP announced that the candidate Lorius Joseph "Rasamble" in the constituency Acul du Nord, North Department enter now in the second round :

Last Thursday, the CEP would have found a new material error which after correction would give Joseph Wilbert Deshommes "INITE" elected on the first round in the in the constituency of Grande-Saline, Artibonite Department. Bringing to 13 the number of deputies elected for the first round for the ruling party "INITE". However, in date of February 13, 2010, the website of the CEP does not always reflect this correction :

In front of these errors, we have rechecked all the results published on the CEP website and we discovered that Laguerre Phanese R. JN B. "Solidarité" of the constituency Vallieres/Carice/Monbin Crochu, Department of North-East, that was in the second round against Bastien Jean Berthole "INITE" appears now as elected in the first round, while the CEP has not issued any corrective statement for this candidate. Update error on the website or forget ?
