Tuesday at the Salon of the Town Hall of Cap-Haitien, the Deputy Mayor Yvrose Pierrre in the presence of the majority of the members of the Organizing Committee, including President Ronel Marcellus and former Mayor Magistrate Michel Saint-Croix, Vice President and senior staff the PNH-North, represented the Municipal Council at the Table de Concertation. At this session was discussed the results of the first 4 pre-carnival Sundays, the carnival of toddlers, that of students and the planning of the three fat days.

Orchestra representatives including Jocelyn Alcé aka "Ti Bass" of the Orchestra Septentrional and Réginald Pierre-Louis aka "Machete" of Group Anbyans, have adressed all the problems relating to the realization of carnival festivities.

The Committee and the authorities concerned took note of the remarks in order to provide an answer and ensure the success of the Carnival whose budget is estimated at 38 million Gourdes. They took the opportunity to reiterate their invitation to all those who want to come to participate in this great event by asking Carnavaliers and Capois and capoises to remember that "Chanje figi vil Okap se metel sou wout chanjman."
