Haiti - Politic : Croix-des-Bouquets announces new infrastructures
Wednesday, the Mayor of the city of Croix-des-Bouquets Rony Colin and the Senator of the West, Jean Renel Sénatus, President of the Senate Committee "Justice, Security and National Defense" in the presence of Deputy Mayors, Jean Jonas Saint-Juste and Mrs. Géraldine Cetoute, the Chief of Staff of Mayor Colin, Mr. Jacky C. Pierre, of employees and officials of the City Council and members of the crucian population, proceeded to the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the work of construction of a sub-police station and a public square at Carrefour Marassa, (commune of Croix-des-Bouquets).

Note that this infrastructure will be built on land used for a long time as a rubbish dump and which offered a very bad image of the city at this strategic Crossroads which gives access to other communes and leads to the Dominican Republic.

These new infrastructures will change the entrance of the city and the presence of a police station at this junction will facilitate and strengthen public safety.

This work will be carried out by the Haitian firm TRETACO and should begin this Thursday promised Senator Sénatus.
