Distribution of 52 tractors in the Artibonite

Friday, Carmel André Béliard, the Minister of Agriculture proceeded to the distribution of 52 tractors, intended for cooperatives of the Valley of Artibonite. The Minister said that these agricultural vehicles are adapted exclusively for rice growing. Emergency Relief Committee at the Carnival
