The Ministry reminds the group of "students" responsible for acts of physical and verbal violence, the obligation to respect the values and standards of operation of the university and invites them to adopt a behavior worthy of their academic status, based on respect for others, tolerance and dialogue.

Recalling that it is necessary to preserve the achievements of UNPCH and the results of the actions of the Provisional Commission, whose mission was among others, to work to restore a calm atmosphere within the university until the installation of a new Rector, the Ministry invites the members of this Commission to take all the necessary measures to bring order to the UPNCH and to facilitate the installation of the new Rector.
