As of March 30, 2018, Haitians holding an official and diplomatic passport or holding a US, Canadian or Schengen (European Union) visa will be able to move freely in all Caricom member countries.

List of Member States :
Antigua and Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines , Suriname, and Trinidad and Tobago.
