The call for candidatures for the 38th edition of the Prix Découvertes RFI, organized in partnership with the French Institute, the International Organization of La Francophonie, Sacem and Ubiznews, has been open since March 15 to all professional artists or musical groups from Africa, the Indian Ocean and of Caribbean.

The laureate will receive a prize of 10,000 euros, a tour in Africa and a concert in Paris.

Candidates have until July 1, 2018 to send their applications. The latter must have a personal page on the Internet, on social networks or on a music platform (Spotify, SoundCloud, Apple Music, etc.) including a minimum of four titles.
