Tuesday in the morning, a truck ensuring the route Croix-des-Bouquets / Malpasse, driving towards Fond-Verettes, overturned not far from the court of Fond-Parisien.

According to witnesses, the driver lost control of his vehicle after a tire burst.

The toll is heavy, 5 people have died and 12 others have been seriously injured.

The wounded were rushed to the hospital "Christ for All" of Fond Parisien, some wounded once their condition stabilized, were transferred to Port-au-Prince for better care.
