Marie Margareth Fortuné, the Director General of the Haitian State Lottery (LEH), at the head of a delegation composed of senior executives of the institution, went to the Dominican Republic, during 3 days last week, in order to explore the mechanisms used by our Dominican neighbors to make their national lottery dynamic and attractive. During her stay, Marie Margareth Fortuné was able to get acquainted with the officials of the Dominican Lottery on the mechanisms of operation of this industry on the technical-legal level and to draw on the good practices in use at home, being convinced that it is necessary to promote innovation within the LEH,

It was also an opportunity for the Director Fortuné to learn about the way in which the drawing is done the neighboring land. She was able to observe the involvement of the State and the private business sector in the organization of different draws, a way of proceeding that can be duplicated with profit in Haiti according to her.

In addition Marie Margareth Fortuné took advantage of her stay to talk with Dominican investors, who showed their interest in the gambling sector (online games, casino etc...)
