Haiti - Diaspora : Message from the Consul of Chicago and Program of the JND 2018
Lesly Condé, the Consul General of the Republic of Haiti in Chicago makes it a point to remind the entire community that April 20 of each year is known as National Day of the Diaspora (JND).
