The Bureau of the Chamber of Deputies announced the interpellation of the Minister of Justice and Public Security, Heidi Fortuné, during a special session scheduled for Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 11:00 am.

Settling of accounts within the judiciary and its dysfunction; the inability of the Minister to resolve the problem of prolonged pretrial detention; its failure in the fight against land insecurity and the violation of standards of appointment in the standing judiciary are the main reasons for this inquiry.
