PetroCaribe : The judge instructor could withdraw from the file

Nearly 12,000 prisoners for 3,500 places

Nearly 12,000 inmates languish in Haitian prisons with a capacity of 3,500 places, according to a report of the National Network for the Defense of Human Rights (RNDDH) on conditions of detention and retention in the country, released Friday.
