Haiti - Elections : 21 candidates for 3 parliamentary representatives at the CEP
The bicameral Commission charged with analyzing the files of the personalities candidates to the 3 positions of representatives of the Parliament in the next Permanent Electoral Council finally haded its report at the beginning of the week to the Executive Secretariat of the Bureau of the National Assembly confirmed Thursday the secretary rapporteur of the commission, Deputy Alfredo Antoine. The Deputy said that out of 41 applications, 21 meeting all the eligibility criteria were retained after an impartial analysis adding that it is up to the President and Vice-President of the National Assembly to decide the date of convening of parliamentarians in the National Assembly, to choose the 3 representatives to the Permanent Electoral Council

He believes that this issue could be on the agenda of the Assembly on Monday, May 14, during the closing session of the 1st ordinary session of the legislative year...
