This project with an envelope of 3 million gourdes will begin during the first 6 months by the enhancement of the Citadelle Henri Christophe, before starting two other phases aimed at enhancing the tourist heritage of the territories, thge creation of young jobs. The steps of using this program are simple, just download an application (free) on your mobile phone and carry focus its camera on the photo of the site that you would like to visit.
