"Subject: Provision to Instruction: General Convocation

1 - Please, as far as you are concerned, make the necessary arrangements to conven the Police officers, without exception (even those with administrative duties) under your command, to your respective Service, on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 3:00 AM pm as part of the operation called 'Bouclier 1'.

2 - The Responsibles will will have as task to report to the Departmental Director of the execution of this instruction at 4:30 pm.

3 - No absence will be tolerated. Signed attendance sheets must be sent to the Departmental Direction no later than Monday 16th before 2.00 pm [...]"
