Haiti - Justice : Caravan of change could end up in the courts

Thursday afternoon, Me André Michel, fierce opponent of the power in place announced that "The Caravan of Jovenel Moise will soon be attacked in Justice for corruption" stating that a summons will be served in the coming hours to President Jovenel Moïse, to the resigned Prime Minister Jack Guy Lafontant and the outgoing Ministers Jude Alix Patrick Solomon (Economy), Fritz Caillot (Public Works) and Joubert C. Angrand (Agriculture), enjoining them to communicate to the citizen Walker Télémaque, a native of Bocozelle (St Marc), via the Cabinet of his Lawyer, Me André Michel, the following documents :

1 - The exact amount of Public Treasury money spent in the Caravan of Jovenel Moïse;

2 - The list of people involved in the management of the Caravan;

3 - The budget section relating to the Caravan;

4 - Documents presenting the Theoretical and Conceptual Framework of the Caravan of Change.

Me André Michel points out past the deadline inscribed in the summons "the case will be brought before the instruction Cabinet of the Court of First Instance of St-Marc for corruption, criminal conspiracy and embezzlement of public funds."
