Remember that this imposing neo-classical building, with a total surface of 13,092 m2 on 6 levels (including the basement and the ground floor) financed to the tune of $27 million, by the funds of the cancellation of Haiti's debt by the International Monetary Fund (IMF) https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-18492-haiti-reconstruction-more-than-$27m-for-the-new-building-of-the-csc-ca.html is executed by the Chinese firm Hongyuan Construction Company Limited, which won the tender https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-14034-haiti-reconstruction-awarding-of-a-contract-of-1-3-billion-gourdes.html under the supervision of the Haitian firm of Consulting Engineers (ESC) with as prime contractor the Ministry of Economy and as project manager the Construction Unit of Housing and Public Buildings.

This new building located at the corner of the streets of Champ-de-Mars and Reunion will be a step further in the realization of the project of the administrative city of Port-au-Prince and aims to offer the various executives of the CSC/CA a more comfortable workspace that meets their needs.
