Recall that Raymond Pierre Todly aka "Baron" was quietly sitting at his desk when heavily armed bandits burst and shot him coldly with several bullets.

"The PHTK vigorously condemns this odious act that reflects the degree of intolerance of some.

Party constantly promoting dialogue, harmony and tolerance, the PHTK, which has always rejected violence as a means of conflict resolution, expresses its sympathies to the grieving families.

Moreover, the PHTK, requires the judicial authorities to open without delay an investigation to identify the authors and co-perpetrators of this double murder and to transfer them before their natural judge."
