For the needs of the City of Port-au-Prince, Expertise France is launching a call for tenders within the framework of the Urbayiti Project, for the realization of the inventory and the critical analysis of planning documents and projects on the Metropolitan area / formulation of technical specifications for the realization of the terms of reference for the development of the Plan of Development, Extension and Beautification of the city

Activity I: Prepare the service;

Activity II: Identify and analyze documents related to urban planning at the MPPA level;

Activity III: Produce technical specifications for the development of the terms of reference of the PAEEV of Port-au-Prince;

Activity IV: Produce Mission Report

Expertise and requested profiles :

A head of mission with 15 years of experience in the field of urban planning or planning, including at least 5 years of experience on land use planning projects in local communities;
