Note that the project of the Government of modernization of the national identification system has not yet been approved by the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC/CA), yet the German firm has already received 8.2 million. New investment that the Ministry of Justice justifies explaining in its note "[...] identification technologies evolve very quickly. Due to the growing need to secure identity documents, technological solutions have a very limited life span. The associated equipment and materials are rapidly becoming obsolete."
