Haiti - Elections : Michel Martelly calls to the prayer...
The candidate Michel Martelly, takes note of the course of events "overheated" in the final stretch before the election next Sunday and appeal to the conscience of those involved in order to have an election day calm and serene. "The time is to the communion of all the citizens of this country and this, outside the cleavages and political interests."

The candidate invites to a moment of prayer, this Thursday, March 17 at 5pm, in order to calm people down and calls the population to make "of the fear of God their compass in the exercise of their right of vote".

This prayer will be led by the Reverend Patrick Villiers, President of the "Conseil national spirituel des Églises d’Haïti (CONASPE)" and will be broadcast over the airwaves of the majority of radio stations in the country.
