At the beginning of the session, the roll call was attended by 94 deputies.

Recall that there was a proposal to shorten the debate made by 68 deputies to vote on the PM's general policy statement, which received a favorable vote by the Lower House : 76 deputies for, 5 against, 1 abstention.

The genral policy statement of Prime Minister Jean Henry Céant, was ratified around 4.40 am by the Chamber of Deputies by 84 for, 5 against and 4 abstentions.
