Haiti - Elections : A few "small difficulties" for starting

At the voting center of Petion ville [town hall], a ballot box is missing in each polling station instead of the two planned [one for the presidential vote and the other for legislative]. Ms. Leconte, the President of the polling station has given instructions to accept the ballots for both elections in one ballot box.
At Perrier it is reported to us that all the paper ballots did not arrive. The person in charge made a request to receive the necessary quantity.
At the Lycée of Petion-Ville the ballots for deputies are missing.
