Lavalas commemorates BY burning tires

On Sunday, activists, supporters and sympathizers of Fanmi Lavalas erected barricades of burning tires at the Carrefour de l'Aviation (Port-au-Prince) on the occasion of the 27th anniversary of the coup d'état of September 30, 1991.

The Rouyonne river in flood

On Sunday, a big sea situation was reported at Anse à Foleur (North West Department). The waves threaten to flood the houses of the coast and the population is on alert. A new musical channel "Trace Ayiti"

Edwing Charles on tour of infrastructures

Project "Productive Resilient Territories"

Mrs. N. Altidor, the Director General of the Ministry of the Environment has realised a working session around the latest plans for the upcoming launch of the Resilient Productive Territories Project (TPR) in 3 communes of the Nippes. This project supported with the technical and financial assistance of the World Bank and the Haitian Relief Organization (J/P HRO), created by the American actor Sean Penn, will be implemented jointly by the Ministries of Environment and Agriculture with two management units, one based in Port-au-Prince and the other in the Nippes.
