Haiti - Elections : Colin Granderson minimizes the irregularities 20/03/2011 12:43:05
Colin Granderson, the chief of the Joint Electoral Observation Mission OEA/CARICOM (JEOM), declared having found some irregularities in the electoral process in Port-au-Prince, while refusing to generalize these irregularities to all the countries.
He also explained have been aware of the problem presented by the lack of indelible ink used to mark the fingers of voters who voted, "we asked the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) to address this problem" he assured.
