In the night from Wednesday to Thursday in Montrouis south of Saint Marc (Dept. Moreover Wednesday traffic was difficult on the RN1 at Montrouis where the population had taken the streets to claim the application of the presidential decree raising the commune of Montrouis to the rank of commune.
