Prime Minister Jean-Henry Céant, during the presentation of his General Policy, declared : "We solemnly undertake, before the Nation [...] to undertake everything within the framework of our prerogatives, to mobilize the necessary local resources and to solicit international support, where such a partnership would prove indispensable for the Parliament to be fully operational in January 2020.
